Got stuck in 13 and then 10 as driver tried downchanging to climb a hill, dash gave flashing F so he pulled over. Ended up doing splitter sleeve, splitter fork,servicing range valve and found auxiliary gear badly pitted so changed.ĭrove about 200kms and now gear issue again. Brought to auto elect shop and they said range and splitter valve needs servicing.they referred us to a gearbox and propshaft shop that they use as the back section of gearbox needs to be removed in order to get to splitter. Removed plugs as before and replaced in order to get moving. Truck drove fine for a week and then acted up again by getting stuck in gear.mostly stuck 10 and not going into 11. Got an auto electrician out, checked all wiring etc, and changed the xy motors. Truck went fine for a week and then truck was getting stuck in gear, then after tapping xy and disconnecting from tcm it reset and would drive fine until a few more kms and then when driver reverts to tapping xy etc this time out doesn't get N. Truck didnt have power and after checking sensors and wiring etc etc the auto elec found tcm needed to be changed. Truck had been acting up for the past 2 months.
